We want you to love your hair results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Color Wow purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label which you can print and attach to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items—ideally in the original shipping box—and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
